Revive BR Booking Texts: SMS Terms

The program
Revive BR Booking Texts is a text-message program run by Revive BR
(REVIVE BR LLC), a wellness clinic at 12639 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70816.
It sends text messages about a booking you start on our booking page at
revivebr.theyshow.com.
What we send
- If you start a booking but don't finish it, a reminder with a link to finish.
- A payment and booking confirmation, including that we will call you to schedule your visit.
- Appointment reminders.
- Occasionally, a follow-up after your visit.
How often
Message frequency varies. Up to 4 messages per booking.
Cost
We do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving
texts. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then
nothing further. To start again, reply START.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment,
call us at (225) 754-7639. Replying STOP stops the text messages but
does not remove your appointment from our calendar.

How you opt in
On our booking page, below the name, mobile number and email fields and above
the checkout button, there is a checkbox. It starts unchecked, and you opt in
only by checking it. The text shown next to it reads:
Text me about this booking. By checking this box, I agree
to receive text messages from Revive BR at the mobile number I provided about this
booking, including a reminder to finish booking if I don't complete it, appointment
confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, sent using an automated system. Consent
is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Message frequency varies (up to
4 messages per booking). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts,
HELP for help.
Checking the box is never required to book. If you leave it unchecked, you will
still get your confirmation by email.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Full
